אם אתם כמוני, לא תמיד יש לכם זמן להכין אוכל.
הניו יורק טיימס הכין לנו את הכתבה הבאה שכוללת 101 מתכונים של 10 דקות.
Whether you’re busy, lazy or unorganized, if you’re not cooking your own meals it’s probably got to do with time. The funny thing is, you can sometimes make yourself a meal in less time than it takes to go order it.
The New York Times’ Mark Bittman has a whopping 101 meals you can whip up in 10 minutes or less. They range from things as simple as eggs and asparagus to Gazpacho.
Gazpacho: Combine one pound tomatoes cut into chunks, a cucumber peeled and cut into chunks, two or three slices stale bread torn into pieces, a quarter-cup olive oil, two tablespoons sherry vinegar and a clove of garlic in a blender with one cup water and a couple of ice cubes. Process until smooth, adding water if necessary. Season with salt and pepper, then serve or refrigerate, garnished with anchovies if you like, and a little more olive oil.
Just remember you don’t make friends with salad.
